When I complete the fields (for a new reference) the citation comes up in capital letters. e.g: "...and communities to reduce waste, recycle more and use resources sustainably.” (ZERO WASTE SCOTLAND, 2012) Any idea why this is happening? Only problem I have now is that this solution gave me Harvard citations that use an ampersand (Batman & Robin, 2012) and the Harvard style I'm supposed to use doesn't (Batman and Robin, 2012).
